Our client a growing reputable insurance company is looking to hire a Sales Manager for their growing contact centre environment. Responsibilities include:

• Support, coaching and mentoring to Sales Agents and Insurance Representatives
• Coaching opportunities for all team members and develop accordingly
• Direction to team on a daily basis
• That compliance rules and customer engagement rules are followed at all times
• To calls and provide relevant and regular coaching to all team members
• To and meet individual KPIs / objectives and contribute to business and team KPIs / Objectives
• Objectives aligned to the KPIs for each agent and monitor and develop accordingly to ensure agents are achieving those objectives
• A high preforming professional and compliant sales team, Completing required formal reviews within required timeframes e.g. probation reviews, 121s, performance reviews

Qualifications:

• Qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through extensive practical experience (typically in excess of 5 years)
• Experience working within the insurance industry
• LLQP (Ontario minimum other jurisdictions highly regarded)
• People management experience (2+ years)
• Proven capability to achieve sales results through guidance, coaching and mentoring
• Confident, positive and a passion for sales
• Dynamic individual with high energy
